$310 USD - Full registration fee
$200 USD - Student registration fee (Students will be asked to present student identification at registration desk.)

Registration fee includes conference materials, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunches on Feburary 26-27, and a reception on Thursday, February 26, 2009.
