In his role as Director, CyberCenter at Anne Arundel Community College (AACC), Kip oversees the sales and execution of all educational contracts, for both credit and non-credit cybersecurity courses and training.
Kip has more than twenty years of experience in workforce development, including five years as the director of workforce solutions in AACC’s Center for Workforce Solutions and 12 years in the training and professional development office of the Business and Continuing Education Center at Baltimore City Community College, five of which he served at the director level. His experience working in higher education, as well as the years he spent working for the City of Baltimore as a Workforce Development Coordinator in the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development and as Manager of Administrative and Regulatory Operations for the Maryland Governor’s Workforce Investment Board, give him a unique perspective in the workforce development arena.
Kip earned a bachelor’s degree in emergency health services management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and received a master’s degree in human resources development from Towson University.
