Full Time Undergraduate
University of Washington
Ed Samson is a physics and computer engineering undergraduate at the University of Washington, interested in primarily distributed system design, site reliability, and performance engineering. Currently he is working on deploying the highly-available infrastructure in the network security lab for the teams. This Summer he interned as a performance engineer, testing scalable storage systems at very high transaction rates. His favorite conjecture is the ABC conjecture, and his favorite programming languages include clojure and haskell. Ed prefers to stay as close as possible to the classically-forbidden region in most situations.
