Description
The ETM System is a PBX/soft switch-independent, easy-to-use platform that supports security and management applications for real-time visibility, security, and control of telecommunications resources across the enterprise. Some of the key components of the ETM System are: the Management Server, Report Server, Performance Manager, and Usage Manager. These components are written in the Java programming language and are used in a distributed architecture across an enterprise LAN or WAN.
