Abstract: This talk will highlight various design aspects of the NIST Reference for Randomness Beacons, including the features aimed at allowing combination of randomness from multiple beacons, and its intended security properties. The talk will also briefly explain the various tracks of the NIST "Interoperable Randomness Beacons" project.
