Mr. Duffer has more than 30 years of experience in the information technology, learning, and learning technology fields. He has extensive public and private sector experience in the application of technology to enhance human and organizational effectiveness. Mr. Duffer has led SkillSoft’s Public Sector eLearning support efforts since 2001. During this time, Skillsoft has grown to be one of the largest providers of technology-based training and performance support resources across the Federal, State, and Local Government markets. He also oversees Skillsoft’s relationships with more than 300 higher educational institutions. Mr. Duffer has also been a senior executive in the services consulting business. In this capacity, he has lead many complex programs software development, consulting, training program design and development, custom content development, leaning management system implementation, task and skill analysis, and program effectiveness evaluation. Mr. Duffer possesses a sound understanding of how technology can be applied to enhance the ability of organizations to manage their human capital investments. Mr. Duffer has been directly involved in all of Skillsoft’s IT workforce development support efforts and is the leading internal advocate development of solutions that better support the needs of the cyber-workforce.
