Description

Abstract. This talk presents updates about the soon-upcoming second public draft of the NIST Threshold Call (IR 8214C 2pd). The scope of the Threshold Call includes threshold schemes for NIST-standardized primitives (e.g., threshold signaturs), as well as others, including fully-homomophic encryption (FHE) and zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP). This talk, given at the 8th HomomorphicEncryption.org Standards Meeting, has some emphasis on the FHE category.
