AWS Principal Security Engineer, Fritz Kunstler, presents OSCAL's 39th OSCAL Monthly Workshop. Like many early adopters who recognize OSCAL’s potential, we needed expert help to rapidly demonstrate business value to stakeholders through experiments and prototypes. LLMs and AI agents like Claude have become indispensable for that purpose when it comes to widely adopted technologies. But perhaps due to limited availability of public-domain examples, we found that they produced inconsistent results related to OSCAL. To minimize the problem, we developed a plugin that gives AI agents instant access to the latest OSCAL resources and tools.
