"Guardian" Subscriber Encryption Module (SEM) is a multi-chip embedded cryptographic module intended to be installed in conventional FM radio equipment to provide digital level of encryption with 256-bit AES cipher. Key and configuration are loaded using programming cable and specific software executed on a generic Windows personal computer.
