Description
The Oracle Acme Packet 1100, 3900, 3950, and 4900 are a family of fixed, hardware appliances which provide secure and reliable IP communications as Session Border Controllers or other Session Delivery products. These modules can be deployed in either service provider or enterprise environments. The modules perform protocol processing and other services such as encrypted signaling and media via TLS, IPSec, and SRTP on their host processor and without the use of external hardware assist. The four modules utilize the exact same software but vary only by performance and capacity.
