As a result, many organizations and individuals are becoming Web-aware. The Web offers all kinds of information, from research papers, to customer support and marketing information, to club calendars and family bulletin boards. A myriad of Web indexing and searching services allow readers to find what they're looking for. Organizations also use Internet protocols to support their internal networks (often called intranets).
